The Mastermind process works. It's as simple as that!
The mastermind process was first explained by Napoleon Hill in his book Think And Grow Rich, published in 1937.
Hills' definition of the mastermind process is, "The coordination of knowledge and effort of two or more people, who work toward a definite purpose, in the spirit of harmony."
If you haven't experienced a mastermind process, it's a method of exploring future options, facilitated in a specific way, to plan and achieve an agreed set of actions and outcomes.
A well-facilitated mastermind process can address and unblock problems and issues, simply by virtue of tapping into the collective intelligence available in the mastermind itself.
We've personally participated in and facilitated more than a hundred masterminds and it never ceases to amaze me how a solution from another area of a business, outside the business or even outside the sector, can radically change the perspective of the issue itself!
Consequently, the solution is often more lateral than perhaps first considered.
For manufacturers, masterminds can be an exceptionally cost-effective method to tap into a broader experiential skill-set, identify roadblocks preventing the business from moving forward, galvanise the team and implement strategies efficiently and effectively.
Masterminds themselves need expert facilitation, strong guidelines and follow-up actions, all of which we can provide.
